REQUIREMENT & PERMISSIONS

User should have Can view all patients and Can add patient task tracker permission.

Documentation

  1. Click on PATIENTS.

  1. Click on a PATIENT.

  1. Click on ADD TASK.

  1. Add information and click SUBMIT.

  2. Click on existing TASK to add note or add a file to it.

  1. Click **UPDATE ** or DELETE to do either for the task.

  1. Click ADD NOTE or ADD FILE to add either to the task then click SUBMIT when finished.
